Joseph Jordan is an impassioned protector of his client's defenses and constitutional rights in criminal law proceedings. A graduate of Seattle University and Boston College Law School, Joseph has been practicing criminal law since passing the 2006 bar exam. He has skillfully written and argued countless motions challenging the propriety of government intrusion into the lives of his clients. Joseph is also a proven trial attorney, connecting personally with juries and judges to ensure his client's side of the story comes out in open court. In those cases resolved before trial, Joseph ensures that his client gets the best available plea agreement through investigation and tireless negotiation. Joseph's multifaceted perspective of criminal law comes from experience practicing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and time spent as an intern in the Officer of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, The Netherlands. Joseph is also fluent in Spanish, from time spent both working and living in Latin America.
